What kind of pre-jogging exercises should I do before I go jogging and sprinting?

Jumping jacks are pretty good, but stretch first or forget about jogging.

Stretch as much as your body as you can, not just your legs, for about 30 minutes. And don’t be afraid to stretch on the ground, don’t risk your health trying not to look silly.

Eat light, but enough to satisfy hunger or you’d either faint from hunger or be a little groggy from the food (possibly puke)

Start off slow and try to keep a pace that you can handle. try and keep a rhythm in your head of your footsteps.

Breath into your nose and out through your mouth. With every step you take breath in, every step you take breath out. (you don’t have to do this but it’s pretty efficient wit a lot of people.)
