Jogging or other exercise?

I want to do a lot more exercise in my life but what would I do? I amy take up running/jogging but I am a bit anxious about joining a club or something but would it help? being 13 sometimes I feel I would be a little late in joining, eg I would be out of my depth. My time for 800m is terrible, its not even close to 3 minutes. Also I am only 5’2 so is that a little short for my age, would it affect anything? I have not got a clue what to to HELP ME

this is me back, I dont want to lose weight really, in fact I am really skinny, I just want to get fitter, I am quite unfit in a way. thanks anyway lol.
