That’s a really problematic question… it depends on what you’re seeking as healthy? Are you like lacking in a certain vitamin? or cutting down on sugars? If you want to cut back on sugars, you may want to cut back on asian pears like hosui or nashi - they are so sweet and juicy I know… but do contain high sugars, which can be harful if perhapse if one is diabetic. However all are a good source of fibre as well are high in vitamins A, K, and C.
