What diets or exercise can help a pear shaped person??

I am 14 years old, 5 foot 3 1/2, and about 110 pounds. This would be fine, but I am very disproportionate, my butt and thighs are huge but my stomach is tiny, and my spine is all spikin out. It makes me feel uncomftorble all the time with my legs when I wear shorts ): Pleeease help with any specific diets or exercise to help me lose weight on my lower half! Thanxxx

Lunges help, biking, running. anything that really gets your legs going. Im “disproportionate too but its not so bad. Once you get older you will love your butt and legs. Trust me there are plenty of guys who have a soft spot for a big behind
