Joe the plumber does he really exist?

I was watching the debate between obama and mc cain and most of the debate they were talking about joe the plumber this guy really exists or they made it up. Lol

Yes Joe Exists and they found out he’s not a plumber he started last week and has no contractors license and also owe’s approximately $5000.00 in back taxes which isn’t really a big deal good luck to you Joe you and many other Americans have the same problem.

What this does mean though is that McCain is smoking cra** preaching that Obama is going to raise taxes on the average Joe. Obama is only going to raise taxes on those making 250,000.00 per year that doesn’t sound like any average Joe I know. If anyone who makes 250,000.00 or more complains about paying too much in taxes or about not having any money you’re a greedy spoiled rotten little bastard. What do you need with that much money?

McCain you’re smoking cra** go take your Parkinson’s meds and GTFO Obama speaks with such eloquence and compassion you just make unfounded jabs and lies how someone could not see through your sham I don’t know.

Vote for Obama he cares about what happens to everyone in this country not just the rich.

Amblessed, Yes it is about having a job. But it should not be just any job. It should be a decent paying job that is protected by the us government through trade agreements that do not allow the good jobs to be shipped overseas. But free-traders (dems and reps) can’t see the forest for the trees. If something costs $5 to make here and $2 to make in Mexico, then it should cost $3 in tarrifs to sell it here. It is the only way to protect American jobs. Otherwise as Ross Perot said, there will be a great sucking sound of companies shipping jobs to where the labor is cheapest.

There is nothing “free” about free trade.

And there is zero chance Joe the plumber would ever be considered “wealthy” since he is obviously not intelligent or talented enough to ever make $250,000 a year. Under Obama’s plan, he will get a tax cut.

Answer #3

Yep…Joe exists…and the poor guy now has the media crawling up his butt “investigating” every cranny of his life…all for asking one question of “the Messaih”…

Course, the press doesn’t bother checking anyone who might vote Democratic, or do an “up the butt” examination of “casual aquaintences…like Bill Ayers… OH NO!

Nope…just poor old Joe!…that ought to teach us to keep our conservative mouths shut.

Answer #5

Lol yeah he exist but his name isn’t Joe and he isn’t a plumber. He also owes money to the government for taxes. And he obviously wasn’t going into the business of “plumbing”.

Still stuck on that Bill Ayers thing ay, Phrannie?

So sad.

Answer #6

Yes, and no, he’s not a licensed plumber, he was being used to “personify” the tax plans of the candidates.

Answer #7

We don’t know if Joe was a plant (both sides use) but we do know he’s an American, consider: Joe was worried because Obama’s plans to increase taxes on the “wealthy”—him—in order to give “tax breaks” (really just government checks) to people who make less than he does. Obama argues that doing this will somehow help create wealth from the “bottom up” instead of the “top down.” The only problem is that economies don’t really work that way. Job creation and the real sources of wealth generation have never and will never come from government taking money from some people in order to give it to others.

Think about it: most people’s income in America comes from having a job. A few of us run businesses large or small and, and even fewer of us are the truly “wealthy” who don’t have to worry about money at all.

But for most of us, our daily bread comes from having a job - so it doesn’t appear the focus should be on whether or not Joe has a plumber’s license or working to get one - much bigger picture than that.
