trying to loose about 30 pounds isnt working .

okay so I am trying to loose about 30 pounds, and im 15. I play many sports throught out the day, but I cant get rid of what I want. what can help?!

s it possible that the 30 pounds you want to lose is muscle or bone? You can’t lose that unless you get sick. You’re probably fine, don’t worry about it. You play sports, so there’s a good chance that you’re healthy, and that should be what’s most important.

the problem is is not bone or mus. its fat! im ovver weight and im sick of people not likeing me for being this size. The sad thing is they dont take the time to get to know me .

Heh… Well, I’m overweight also and if people make fun of me for it since I have a bit of a reputation I stand up and walk over to them quietly and look them in the face and say quite simply “Yeah I’m fat, you wanna do something about it otherwise sit down and shut up” But If you are that worried about your weight. Unlike what most people think it takes months or years to lose weight HEALTHILY. The quick weight loss dies basically starve off your body and force it to eat the fat, but that puts your body in an extreme survivor mode, So guess what. Once you get off their diet your gonna have double the weight that you wanted to lose before. The only way to lose weight at all in a good healthy way, Its to cut out all soda’s and junk food, Pasta’s ravioli’s etc. Eat healthy work hard and maybe drink a protein shake? Although I should warn you also, You won’t lose weight. You will gain weight turning fat into muscle, But you will slim down perfectly fine While doing it and become even stronger.
