Is vaginal discharge normal for a newborn baby girl?

If your doctor already said this is normal, I’d take they’re word for it. As a father of two (both boys) we’ve had pretty good success in the past with doctor’s advice, and highly recommend asking them any serious questions ;)

late on their shots

Given that the diseases the shots are intended to vaccinate are pretty serious, I’d never want my kids to be late on those.

bumps on their bodies

Hm, that’s an odd one - you mean like the infant acne that sometimes happens? I’d double check, depending on size, color, etc, with the doctor.

why do babies get bald spots

From what I understand, the initial crop of hair they have goes away most of the time due to “cradle cap” (I could be wrong though), eg, where the scalp becomes flaky & itchy, kind of like dandruff. Also, the skin develops / adjusts quite rapidly after baby is born - they’re used to a liquid environment, so the dry air is new to them.
