This really depends where you live, what "race" or "ethnicity" you are... It is actually getting younger and younger, but on average I think it's around 12-14
umm... the usual for people I think is about 12, 13, or 14... sometimes earlier, sometimes later

It can vary. Anywhere from 8-16. In some cases earlier, some later.
People differ but usually around the same time there mom did.
