is this healthy?
my freind is 12 she ways 83 pounds she eats 1wrap/sandwhich some juice a piece of fruit and sometimes a treat for lunch she eats reletivaly small meals(she eats 3 meals a day) and she can feel her shoulder bonse and collar bones a lot and when she lies down her hips and she can feel her elbow bones a lot and she sometimes ets a lot but always goes down to the same weight and seems to become skinnier her bones are really stron though she has neverr broken them
is this healthy and is she a healthy weight
That’s how my girlfriend Ell is and she’s fine. She’s 20 and still only 100 ponds, I’m prettysure when she was twelve she was somewhere around 70 pounds. The lunch she eats doesn’t really sound small. If she wants to gain weight she should probably exercise, that’s the only way Ell really could.
