How to stop eating so much junk?

well im kinda I gues you could say, addicted to chips and drink, (like coke and stuff). I know I shouldn’t be eating this much junk. like, I eat them practicallt every day. its hard to stop. anyone have any tips on how to gte me frome ating so much junk?

To start, switch to tea instead of sodas. Over time, reduce the amount of sugar you add until you aren’t adding any at all.

The easiest way to keep from snacking, is not to buy snacks in the first place. If you’re not the one doing the shopping, you’re going to have to ask whoever does to stop buying them.

Potato chips are very addictive! Try to use “imagery” here. Go to the kitchen and get a potato, a bottle of oil and a salt shaker. Line them up on the counter and have a good look at them. Thats what you’re eating. That’s your snack, lol. Take a picture of it and remind yourself of it every time you are about to open a new bag of … no, not chips… oil potato and salt, lol.
