is there an easy way to help me stop smoking?

okay, so I have been smoking for a long time (every since I was 12) and my aunt is dyeing because of smoking, and I really dont want that to happen to me, so please if you know an easy way to help me stop smoking, then please let me know…thanx…and have a nice day…

I used to smoke a lot . but I could not stop myself to smoke . but now I control to 1 cigarette par day. 1.do not buy more then 1 cigarette at a time .

  1. do not bring at home or where you are staying. 3.set your mind not to smoke anymore . if not possible then try to reduce .
  2. Try to avoid smoking place and also those friend who smoke .

Just STOP. that’s what I did after many years. One day I got a cold and I thought, ‘well, I won’t smoke today’ and then the same thing the next day, and the next day, and after about 4 days it was just too easy not to go back to it. Pretty soon smoking will be TOO expensive anyway, and socially it’s taboo. I mean, these days people who smoke are outcasts. You don’t want to end up like your aunt. STOP. Smoke your last cigarette tonight. Don’t smoke tomorrow. You can do it. If I can do it, YOU can do it. Good luck.

yeah you really should stop . :) well you could try nicotine patches or the nicotine gum. that should help. make sure no one comes near you with cigs and if you do juust keep it in your mind that it shortens your lifee and just dont take it. try not to go somewhere where loads of people smoke. good luck x

My only advice to you is just limit your smoking step by step, if you take 4 a day, make it less on the other day.. so it couldn’t harm your body.
