how do I deal about not being able to sleep during night time? as much as possible, I don’t wanna take sleeping pills, because I want a natural sleep. how do I treat myself without any pills taken? please help..

Not sure if any of those help, but from what I’ve read using the computer late at night can induce insomnia…eg, the computer monitor will alter your sleep pattern, etc, which will make it harder to sleep.

Also, I’d try waking up ealier & cutting back on caffeine, if you can, as both of those things will help.

right, yeah, I’d do that..Ü I had a long day today, and is wanting to get a coffee at starbucks (caramel macchiato is my favorite, double shot).. so, instead of getting venti, id get the tall one..Ü
