When can you declaire that you're an insomniac?

I honestly can’t sleep anymore. I’m not even restless, nor am I wide awake.. I can’t get off of my daily autopilot when I get in my bed..I close my eyes and won’t drift off…should I go to the doctor and get medication(I hate pharmaceuticals but I don’t know what to do)..an I officially an insomniac?

I think you certainly do have trouble with sleeping (obviously lol) I would see a doctor to officially declare it as 2yearbet had said. good luck

actually you would have to consult a doctor first to have it declared but I dont think your insomnic insomnic people try everything just to feel tired while some are jittery and some are sluggish (some one I know is insomnic)
