My boyfriend says he loves me, always rings me and when we are together he is perfect…..however I go 2 to 3 weeks without seeing him and he lives 15 minutes away……whats the deal?

hhhhmmmmmm sounds a bit weird, i dont think its anything to worry about, maybe you just wait for him all the time to make plans. Take some initiative and plan some things for you to do together and if he asks why just say you miss him and want to see him more than you do.
