umm.. theres is just a few things that you should know: you have to be commited you have to workout as much as possible and you have to eat healthy.. I used to be 200-230 pounds.. I am about 55 pounds less than that now you have to say to yourself that you can do it. I know you can good luck :)

Answer #2

If you want, we can try to lose weight together, because I also am trying to lose weight and it would be better if I do it with a buddy to give me more courage and help… if you want then funmail me and we can talk

also, you must add me as a friends to funmail me, so feel free to add me if you want(: take care

I suggest you just take daily walks. Get an ipod, and walk to the beat of a fast song, that way it’s constant. Take a sip of water inbetween songs. I do it all the time. I’m not overweightt, but I’ve lost 5 pounds in 2 weeks :)

I was 130, but now I’m 125ish and I am 5’4. :)

You will remain ugly and fat until you start thinking otherwise.

It’s neither your looks nor your body that need to be changed.. it’s only the way you see them.

Answer #5

OK 3 things– (1) Try very hard to love yourself just the way you are. It’s easier to change if you love yourself as you are right now. (2) Try Emotional Freedom Technique–look on You Tube or google it (3) Eat only 2 things–protein (chicken, beef, fish, or eggs) + lots of veggies 3x per day. Eat no fruit, dairy, carbs (bread, rice, sugar, pasta, etc). Drink only water (lots). This works for everyone–trust me. Try it for 2 weeks & see how much weight you lose–I bet it will be 10-20 lbs.

Answer #6

Stop looking at your flaws. Your not ugly at all hun. =) And if you wanna loose weight you have to be realy commited to loose it and not give up. I agree with likecatsbrittany daily walks will help and some jogging around the block and more exercise. Also having a healthy diet plays a very important goal in looseing weight. Good luck and don’t give up. ;)

Answer #10

Just eat a little more fruits and veggies a little less junk and start riding a bike. You’re not ugly either.

Answer #11

I dont think you’re fat or ugly in fact you look pretty cute to me

Answer #12

your not ugly! be happy 4 who you are… sum things I do: I dance or I play soccer, bball, I go runnin!

Answer #13

You should commit to the diet and you shouldn’t by the food that you don’t want to eat, that way you don’t have it you can’t eat it. Just buy healthy food and/or if your living with people or someone try and get them to encourage you to keep up the diet and do daily excerise. And it would help to know your age to tell if you were really overweight because you probably aren’t loads of girls that are my age are really skinny or quite skinny are always saying their fat, everyone just see’s the bad things about themselves really.
