Imm so fat and ugly !

Im sooo fat and ugly and I hate it I just want to be pretty and skinny But I just beinge eat all the time and when I try an exersice or diet it all goes wrong and now I feel useless and I reali need help with losing all the weight Please help me x

whoa. im 20 lbs under weight. I was my “healthy” weight. my aunt was over weight and lost a lot of weight and looks sick now. best way to lose weight is NOT to starve yourself. you should eat more meals throughout the day… but not full plates. smaller portions of food each sitting… but eat more often. this is how I have to eat because I have a problem with my blood sugar… and I’ve lost 20 lbs. so instead of 3 large meals (or in your case not eating at all then gorging on one meal) spread that food out over 5 or 6 meals. not even meals… maybe just a speacial k bar or a granola bar. dont cut proteins (meats and such) out of your diet… but try to cut out any and all white breads. stick to fruits and veggies and proteins. stay away from butter and fats like that. DONT starve yourself. a lot of people actually GAIN weight that way.

You sound like you’re exaggerating on both accounts… self-esteem issues, probably.

okay well you can just cut down on foods drink a lot of water dont eat much bread watch your calories dont eat any fried foods only baked eating organic is good 5 to 6 small meals a day healthy (no snacks) Foods low carb and fat and exercise at least 20-30 min a day

To be sucessful you first need to find out why you are overweight.You will never lose or keep it off until you look within yourself and find out the why.Some people are overweight because they binge eat when others hurt their feelings.In this case you need to learn to express your feelings in a better nondestructive way.Some people eat when they are depressed (seek treatment with a licensed counselor)scared (talk to someone-family clergy school counselors etc)going through a loss such as a parental divorce,or a death of a friend or family member or even a pet.(seek counseling again). You need to learn to be good to yourself and see yourself as perfect,whole,beautiful,worthy,fantastic,special and unique as The Good Lord Himself thinks kindly of you,Sweetie. Problems that some people have is they screw up, so they say “well I might as well eat whatever since I messed up”. Even if you mess up, just keep at it. Cut out soda, drink plenty of water You can eat bread, just eat whole grain. Eat lots of fruits and veggies. Cut down on junk food, fast food and fried foods. You’re only supposed to exercise a 3-4 days a week. Don’t overwhelm yourself. If you just exercise, drink water (NO soda) cut out junk/fried/fast foods, you’ll see a huge difference in your weight, skin and attitude. Good Luck!
