Im a Linemen...and I need help

im a pretty big kid…I played football…I was a linemen and I just got to big im 14 last time I checked I was 210-220 what can I do to lose some extra pounds

Walking is always the best. However if you are going to play football, I recomend you do weight lifting instead. You can help convert a lot of that weight into muscle and become devistating on the field.
