and I have to run about 9 miles later and then go to yoga. what should I eat:)

Some lean chicken breast and pasta with a big ol’ G2 Gatorade. Don’t forget to bring water on your run and to yoga. :)

any fruit or vegi or source of protien, and grains are good too. anything light.

FOOD! Actually, I dunno what do you have? Something light so you can run and do yoga easily, perhaps yogurt or something…

a salad? pasta is very good too.. I dont know why.. but we always eat it before a basketball game.. so :)

Sugar and protein filled stuff, definitely, the sugar will be good for the run, just don’t eat too much, you’ll find yourself regretting it later and the protein is good all around, so you don’t pull a cramp or anything.
