Painfully hungry before lunch

I used to never eat breakfast in the morning and I wasn’t very energetic at school but I was never very hungry before lunch. Now that I eat a good breakfast everyday before school, I have slightly more energy but I get painfully hungry before lunch. What should I do? Any breakfast ideas? I don’t have much time in the mornings…

My wife hates to eat breakfast for the same reason. Try eating whole grains, like slow cook oatmeal, they take longer to digest and you have a fuller feling when you eat them. Stay away from the white breads and sugar items as they digest quickly and give your bllod stream a sugar high which fades quickly leaving you ‘painfully hungry’. If you measure accurately the amount of water needed and bring it quickly to a boil you can then let it simmer until fully cooked. Just dont forget it is on the stove.
