Do you eat when your not hungry??

Okay so how many people here eat when there not hungry but bored. I could be the first to raise my hand!! :) and does anyone know how to stop this nasty habit besides finding something to entertain you.

when you are not hungry you just keep in your mind that you are not hungry. don’t watch movies or T.V while you are having food. eat less so you can have more times if you feel bored also. if you feel bored take some salads. drink lassi and water if you feel like having somwthing

When I’m not hungry,I usually eat if I’m nervous and my mom sees that in me,I have been like that since I started high school. The only way I know of to stop the habit which I use is I think about my figure and how my body will look like if I were to continue,it got me to stop.

yea, I do.

when I’m bored, I eat stuff that’re like chips, ice cream, and pop corn.

while watchin movies, I do.

but I don’t eat heavy or fatty stuff when I’m bored.. ((:

k I have same prob I find gum works great it dont make you look like pig tastes good does not make you look hyper
