im 17 and need help!

is it a good idea too work out for 3hours aday and drink a lot of water? I mean im 17 im 5’9 and I just want it all gone I want too be 125 my ibs now is 200 pounds…

im not one of those people who just give advice on this because

im kinda going through a insicure thing in my life

and I kinda have a bulimic problem but im getting better

but im still worried bout my weight and crap so ya (:

so I hope you meet your goal but do it safe

well you shouldn’t do 3 hours a day, turn it down a notch… start at about an hour a day and if you really feel the need, then you can raise it a little bit… 125 might even be a little low… im 5’7” and I weigh about 125… so don’t get carried away… and don’t try to lose it all immediately, it won’t work, it’s not healthy, and you’ll just be disappointed… eat 3 square meals a day, not huge… keep it simple and healthy… don’t cut out all meat, you need the protein, but try to stay away from really fatty and greasy foods, cuts back on sugary things, but you don’t have to cut them out all together… there is such a thing as healthy fats and oils… just remember to eat your veggies… get your body in a good routine of good foods and good exercise… and one thing that’s like impossible to remember, but if you can, congrats… try just taking a few deep breaths every 15 minutes or so, it’s supposed to help speed up your metabolism… good luck and stay healthy!

ok. 3 hours a day is a little excessive. you don’t want to burn yourself out too fast. try 1-2 hours every days, or 3-4 times a week. what you want to do is get your metabolism up and running constantly so it burns fats when you’re not even working out. try to doing a mix of light weights and lots of cardio. water is a must you got that right. BUT DON’T SKIMP OUT ON EATING. Just don’t eat fatty or high calorie foods. Eat healthy. A lot of veggies and fruits, but tone done on fats, meats and carbs. This should help you lose weight. Losing weight is like a formula. If you forget a variable the formula won’t work.

Also, don’t try to lose weight too too fast, it’s not healthy. But I don’t even know you but I’m pretty excited that you’re trying to get healthy! It’s a lot of work but keep at it.

if you dont eat then your metabolism slows down and that makes it so its longer to break your food down and in the end your body ends up eating itself (gross)

but ya you want your metabolism up so it breaks down food fast dont do 3 hours my friend runs cross country and she doesnt even workout that long! but push urself when you workout and keep a good time like 1 hour first then you can decide where to go

but eating like protien after a work out is good and like stay low on the junk food aka-fast food, chips, desserts, and all that crap

and eat like salad veggies healthy stuff

but you need food to burn it
