If I wanted to do situps everyday, how many should I do?

I want to start doing situps every morning and night. I feel like I’m getting fat - pahaha. So how many should I do to get better results?

start off with a small amount, then gradually build up the number of situps everyday!

I’d do 35-50 when you wake up and before you go to bed EVERY DAY for as long as you’d like (a month MINIMUM) and that should work on your abs or whatever really well.. see, you don’t want to do too many, otherwise you won’t give your muscles enough time to heal (that’s how your muscles get bigger. you tear them by working out, and by healing, they get stronger. that’s why they need an appropriate time to heal, otherwise, you’ll be in a WORLD of pain.)

do 100 every night before you eat in the morning, and another 100 before you sleep or 50 each time, whatever you feel comfy with
