Calves start burning

If my calves start burning does that mean that my whole leg is loesing calroies are sumthing this is sooo confusing.like exactly what kind of excersizes help loose thigh fat.and how many will I have to do??

no,you’re not burning “leg calories” lol. it’s the buildup of lactic acid because there is not enough oxygen for cells to undergo the Kreb’s cycle or the Electron Transport Chain, so it reverts to glycolosis (fermentation) to supply ATP to the cells. and running is great for burning fat btw.

Walking/jogging/running are good exercises for the legs. You’re losing weight in your whole leg, not just your calves. Just walk a mile at a time (or as much as you can handle) :)
