With daily movement, plenty of water, and allnatural foods you will eventually reach your goal. Dropping the colas is probably the best decision anyone could make. Incuding myself! For more info or help contact me. SandiB

You might not be loosing weight because on what you are still eating. What is a typical meal for lunch and dinner. Plus because you are skipping breakfast your metabolism slows down, why not try eating breakfast and dinner. Also you need to do much more exercise. To lose weight you need to exercise more than you eat, and 300starjumps isnt enough. Why not try 300 starjumps morning, evening and night. And why not go for a jog or walk. Or even join a gym and go swimming or on a crosstrainer, bike or running machine etc etc. Or you could join an aerobics or dance class. If you cant afford to pay for the gym and classes the running is the best idea. You could dance at home! Funmail me if you want more help. xx
