I want to lose weight can you help me?

okay heres the scoop I exercise everyday,I bike 10 miles every couple days,I don’t drink soda nor do I eat sweets,I drik water constantly,I dance,I have a quite busy life but I still am not losing weight. I’m doing everything people say is healthy but its not working I still am fat and I dont know why?!? I’m 5’11 and here I go 225 lbs(male) I know I’m fat but nothings working and it sucks that I’m this way how can I lose the fat cause nothing I’m doing now is working and I’ve been doing it for over 11 months…

please please please give me some fun advice “that will work,maybe something you did when nothing eles was working” thanks guys =D

Keep a food diary - be totally honest. Then start by cutting out all junk. If that fails to make a different, look at different food groups. Cut out bread (works for me, being wheat intolerant), and see if that works. You may be intolerant to something that you eat, and this may affect your chances of weight loss.

Likelihood is though that you are eating too much still. It is very easy to eat too much.

The weight loss is not only eating less, its eating the right foods at the right time. Eat 4-5 smaller meals daily instead of 3 big meals.Consume more of fresh vegetables and fruits and avoid packaged food.. You don’t have to follow a strict diet to reduce your weight , just follow basic steps which a speed up the metabolism and fat burning hormones and reduce weight.Do regular exercise and take healthy and balanced diet along with supplements to get optimal results.
