How can I lose some of this recent weight gain?

I’m 5 3” tall and I weigh about 10stone 12 (which I think is about 152 pounds.) . I’m feeling a little upset over my recent weight gain (it’s been over a period of the last five years- since i’ve been with my other half!). I’m always told by her it doesn’t matter e.t.c but i’ve put on about 2 stone (28 pounds) in that space of time and it’s really getting me down. I just don’t feel pretty anymore. It’s no use people saying not to worry about it blah blah blah, I need some advice on how to sort myself out and get back the firey (thinner!) lady I was five years ago. My biggest problem is I suffer with serious back problems and find excercise increadably difficult!! Any suggestions on how I can lose some fat from my bum and tum?!?

dw people gain weight its a natraul thing..but i worked it out using this web site tht if you put like the height n weight it tells you what you should be..you should be 9 stone!! yh i no its not helping but people like to no these things

have you every tried tried the tiger rub cos i get bad knee ache’s n it helps n ma mate has back pains n it helps but just to warn you it feels like your burning when u rub it on.. u get it in the 99p store in kingston or if tht sounds 2 hot how bout heat patches they work u can get them anywhere or if your not a fan or heat , cold patches

have u ever thought bout diet pills..cos if your back hurts n it stops you from exerising to the extent you want to you should take diet pills..i no people say their dangerous but only some are..you ever heard of “NV” i.e envey they sell them in amereica.

have you ever wondered why stars are so skinny n u think its natural lol no its NV it cut down the calories you take in plus gives you nice glossy hair and nails

Try walking. If your back hurts when you walk, try a back brace, cane, or heating pad.

Also make sure you’re eating healthy food, like fruits and vegetables. Drink plenty of water too.
