I've gained 30 pounds in 3 years

I’ve gained 30 pounds in 3 years. I have tried so many things but I just give up! I need to know what kind of excersize helps a lot for my tummy fat.. im 5’4 and weight about 170 =/ I really look kinda weird with big lovehandels..=( can someone pliz tell me some good secrets for losing weight=) thanx!
