How can a 13 year old 5ft3 145 lb girl loose 30 lbs in 4 months?
Im 13 years old and I’ve been struggling with my weight ever sence my father died when I was 4..My mom says I take out my pain on food. And I partically agree, but I’ve tried diets,exersize, you name it, I’ve done it. My mom is so beautiful and skinny and thinks she needs to gain weight and it makes me feel horrible that she can fit into my jeans! So does anyone know how I can loose 30 pounds in 4 months? PLEASE HELP!!
is that you on your profile pic?? you dont look fat… you can loose weight buy not eating but that would be unhealthy…try to excercise regularly and eat a balanced diet…eat more fruits & veges, less carbo, fatty food, etc…
I have the same prblem! I take all my stress out on food. My parents are divorced and theyre in a major custody battle even though im 13. I weigh about 140. My brother and I have been to the wellnesscenter twice the first time we both lost a lot of weight. The second time not so much. What I like to do Is follow the 5 10 rule. If your going to at a food It has to be 5grams or under of fat and 10 grams or under for sugar. Also follow the serving size. Now all I have to do is exercise! the ONLY healthy way to loose weight is,EXCERCISE and cutting junk food frm yur diet,no other way
First, take out your psycho-social problem - you’re trying all them fitness diets but still you take out your pain with food on the side.
Get over your personal issues then any sort of dieting can finally help you...
Your 13, most of this you will loose before you get out of school. what ever you eat space it out every 3 hours, give your tummy a chance to digest all your food, eat slow and chew it well before you swallow it. Drink a glass of water 1 hour after you eat, and not with your meal. Swimming is great, lets you move every part of your body…You are loved just the way you are…hugs
This may sound lame but try taking up a hobby! it might keep your mind off of the painful thoughts. and my mom’s taking this really good diet that you stay on for like two weeks then skip a week or so (so you can get a break from it. but on this week don’t eat just junk food! cause thats what I kinda did. and it just cancels out the whole diet proses) ! she lost like almost 10 pounds in the first week but she also exercises every so often. first make this cabbage soup, put like carrots, celery, small noodles, chicken broth, onions, or any other vegy stuff. you can most probably find a recipe online. then thats what you eat and fruit and vegetables. and eat as much soup as you want! don’t starve yourself. btw don’t throw the left overs from one night away just add more new stuff to the old. it’s cheap and very healthy! hope I helped.
you dont gain weight from not eating , { sad but true } you do loose weight with activity , so eat less workout more , simple and plain , walk , swim { if its possable there } eat more lettuce celery etc , dont worry so , take each min as it comes
