I can do it on the ground with a spotter but I don’t know it seems hard on the ground? help what’s the easiest way to learn on to do it on the ground??

I’ve got a bit of trouble with mine aswell, I know I can do it, but with me it’s my confidence -.- Basically, all you can do is go through drills, I’m not sure if you’ve been taught any as you do highschool cheer, in allstar you get drills, like sitting back onto someones knee, or do a handstand and keep your elbows locked, and get a friend or coach to push you down. Tumbling skills like back handsprings or tucks are always easier on a trampoline, as the technique is different. the tramps give you all the power, on the ground you NEED to use your leg muscles to push you backwards, and make sure that you jump BACK & NOT up. That will give you the biggest problems if you have bad form. let me know how your getting on, and if you need any other help :)

Answer #3

1st make sure your doing the back handspring right. or if you keep practising the way your doing it, then it will turn out bad. Next is to get a spot. Then keep practicing. keep hollow! GOOD LUCK!
