Athletes need help too??

Im a swimmer and I run crosscountry and track and also tumble on the side I have no time for my self ughh help do I drop a sport or do I stay busy

If you feel you need more self time, then you need to cut back. Being in all those sports to me means seeing lots of people and friends, but sometimes it’s nice to just hang. Personally I’d drop tumbling. If you find out you’re not busy enough, you can always start back again.

In my personal opinion, drop a sport. I did the same thing you’re doing and I wound up regretting it because I felt like I missed out on some of the finer (or not so nice) parts of just living a teenage life… Life just gets a lot harder, make sure youre enjoying it to its full extent now. It all depends on how dedicated you are to your sports. If you have one that you could live without, I myself would personally drop one or two for some time. Having time to yourself is very important.
