I need help losing weight

I weigh 210 anbd want to get down to 140 again…but I need to know what excerices and food to eat to achieve this goal please help me thanks

you should start eating healthy.. I was 165 and now im 134… first you should stop all kinds of coke, you can drink diet ones but not a lot, max 2 can per day …also you should stop eating food thats greasy and all fried, learn how to cook in a healthy way , using vegetables to give taste to your food and spices, not oil…when you want to eat potato instead of eating fried, eat baked potato.. also when you want to eat sweets , try eating fruits, you can eat up to 4 fruits a day or a glass of juice instead of one fruit…cereal you should stop all the sugary ones, and try special K or fitness, of course always using fat free milk… remember always buy fat free or low fat food… and it may seem difficult but its not, you wont eat like this for your whole life, just for a small period of time till you get to the weight you want…ahh yeah and before I forget try exercising 30 mins per day at leats 4 times a week… hope it helps…

Be strict…discipline is everything if you want it, you can do it eating fruits and vegetables is not hard once you get into the pattern of cutting all the junk out, and cut back on red meats and carbs you can find healthy recipes anywhere

and there are soo many choices when it comes to exercise cardio, weight lifting, videos, yoga, jogging… my mom ordered The Firm exercise tapes and I use them, its cardio mixed with weight training stuff…I love it! yoga is nice too, it increases flexibility, mental, physical and emotional health, and its verrryyy good for your core and metabolism
