Starting martial arts very soon, how to strengthen my wrists?

I am starting martial arts very soon and I need some tips on how to strengthen my wrists. My right wrist has been broken twice and my left wrist has been sprayned twice, I dont want my wrists to be a weakness. Any help??

Yeah! I play softball so I cant have weak wrists either! go get some weights ( 2, 5, &10). then you need a peice of pipe, thick enough to drill a hole in and a peice of rope in side. then you need to attach the weights, and what you do is roll up the rope with your wrists ( forward & back wards). do you understand?

your cant make your wrist stronger because there are very little muscles in them your forarm is what you want stronger. take a 5 pound weight lay your forarm on the side of the couch and just lift your hand like a curl up but only with your hands
