What should I eat so I'm not fat?

i want too be skinny. i hate being fat. plz i want too lose all mii wait so i am realii skinny. wht can i eat and what cant i eat?

You should eat many small and HEALTHY meals a day.

  • Whole grains (not white bread or rice)
  • Grilled, lean meat (chicken and fish are best)
  • Plenty of vegetables and fruits
  • No processed foods or sugar

Eating this way plus exercise will help you be in shape.
