What are some excuses for missing so much school?

I totally agree with mark21 it’s a lot better than lying if i was in your position i would seriously take his advice into consideration

As nice as the truth is, it just won’t work. But maybe what you don’t realize is that there IS a real excuse why you missed school. You could have had mono and not known (which makes you very tired and lazy), or you could have been depressed. You should maybe tell a doctor that this has happened, and have an after - the - fact diagnosis. Go to your internist (family doctor) or to a psychologist. They may be able to write you a note that will save you.

How about if you go to the school and tell them the truth…that you made a mistake and now realize that dropping out is the wrong thing to do. You might also tell them that your mother had nothing to do with your missing 5 + days of school and ask them not to punish HER for your mistake.

Don’t lie about anything…if you do, it will eventually catch up with you. The truth and throwing yourself on their mercy might be your only option right now.

Hmmm. Thats a tough one. I understand though. I miss some school but not that much anymore. I dont want to take finals. Lol. Jeez… Im thinkin though. Well why did you drop out in the first place? Just because you were sick of it???
