Can't get motivated to exercise

okay im 15 years old about 185 pounds , I have really tried to diet, I started simply with wii fit and lost about 25 but gained it back and just cant get motavated to do it everydsay again! I ahev also tried weight watchers, any tips ? I cant work ouit a lot and im to young to buy pills

“How can I Lose 1 pound of body weight per week?”

Another thing that helps to lose weight is to always eat a good breakfast. That helps to jump start your metabolism which helps start burning calories. Also, try to drink 8 eight ounce glasses of water every day. One before every meal (except breakfast) and before all snacks. That helps curb your appetite which helps reduce caloric intake.

I know telling yourself not to eat is fu cking hard as shi t. the easiest for me is to fill up (and I mean fill up) on healthy foods. my latest diet contains of raisin bran and fruit. im not looken at that scale yet, due to my last oblivion, but I feel a lot better about myself already in only a week. fiber and potassium are really important factors in a try-not-to-eat-a lot diet id say. not-eating-diets dont work or last well because of the dam metabolism thing.

7 is the time you should stop eating. I make mine 5 tho just to mess with things

another thing to take the mind off of food is to surround yourself in an invironment wher you dont think of nything but what your doing. sounds stupid I know but I use the computer. myspace and look at pretty ppls pictures on the internet

try looking up thinspiration on youtube. if you think that’d work for you

it’s a matter of discipline, love of one’s self and self-respect

if you don’t wanna be named of names you ain’t wanna be called to you, then start the discipline of eating right amount of foods, love yourself and what you have and be respected by respecting your self. and by respecting your self, you have to give your body a favor of being beautiful by maintaining the figure your body oughta have..

try to do somthing fun that you like and you cant diet or do exercise temporarily are youl just put it all bac on look up food combining that is REALLY good also aks your parents to make somthing separate for and dont eat sweets :P

sp o need the motivation—well for this I will say just look ard you who is slim and in perfect figure and then luk to urslef.if you see the difference and you want to be like her,its the gd motivation that I want to be like her. I did like that watching models in magazines and I acheived it very fast.

When I started working out I started out with a personal trainer for about 6 months. After that I had gained so much progress that I really didnt want to stop. Its hard to motivate yourself alone, find someone else to join you. Good luck.

k look whn you start working out you loose all this weight fast and then stop the stuff that goes fast is water weight dont just do simple exercise just push your self a little furthe every day till you get where you want to be dont eat before bed either and try not to eat sweets remember it dosnt matter wht others think just that you feel good bout self
