Get motivated.

This may be a really weird question, but how can I get motivated not to eat so much?

I tell myself I’m fat and ugly and I’ll die if I eat. o.O kidding. bad joke; but I tell myself this will help me and feel better about myself and I’ll have more confidence and I can wear all these new clothes and I won’t be so jealous of those skinny models. also, that this will keep me healthy along with working out.

I think the trick is to NOT stress over losing weight. There is nothing we can say that will motivate you to lose weight for the right reasons. You have to learn to want to lose weight because you’d like to be healthy. [: Good luck!

Think ahead into your future and how you want your body to be,I think about how much exercise it will take to lose that certain amount of weight and if I really want to go through that at all.

Think about your future, think about what might happen if you gain a lot of weight from this… You could die
