How will I get rid of my childs blocked nose it keeps her awake?

My little girl has a blocked nose it keeps her awake at night an she finds it very hard to sleep! It also make her snore an sounds very painfull.

Answer #1

Have you been to the doctors about her situation, perhaps its a lot more serious then a stuffy nose?!

Maybe the air is way too dry for her & she might need a humidifier!!!

hope she feels better.

Good Luck!

Answer #2

I used to have this problem, and still have it now! I’m 16 now but when I was younger I used to be awake half the night blowing my nose and it being blocked. In the end I think it was due to the fact that the bedroom window was never open and there was mould.

try looking around your childs room for stuff that could trigger alergic reactions. And the bedding too. Hope I helped
