How to whiten teeth without going to dentist?

How can I whiten my teeth without spending a lot of money on the dentist or buying all those whitening strips and all that stuff. And will putting peroxide in my mouth help whiten them.

try brushing with baking soda and hydrogen perozide, you know the stuff some people gargle. Sprinkle some baking soda on yout brush and wet with a lil hydrogen peroxide. Its the cheapest way to get lighter teeth I know.

welli used this toothpaste that helped whitened my teeth, it was ecspecially for thatnand it worked… brush your teeth throughly every morning and night no other way

I would recommend buying the Target brand whitening strips. They’re really cheap and they work SO WELL! Mine are a ton whiter than they were before I did it.

The peroxide wont work because it’s too thin. It wont stick to your teeth, and if you swish it around for as long as it would take to work (about 15 minutes!) then you’ll damage your gums and your other sensitive oral tissues.

A quick and FREE way is to smile a lot outside. :) Sunlight whitens teeth.
