Can I get my teeth whiter without dental whitening?

OK, so I have many insecurities, as I am a 15 year old girl, but I really hate my teeth. They are soo yellow! And my dentist said he could whiten them but I dont want people to be able to tell…you know its a little embaressing! Also they make me look really young because my two front teeth are big (RABBIT!). ARGH! So I was wondering will my teeth grow up with me and is there any way I can get them whiter without atually whitenning?

Answer #1

There’s some whitening strips you can use and no one will be able to tell. One good one is Crest white strips.(Someone correct me if I got the name wrong.)Your two front teeth being big may just be something you’ll have to accept.

Answer #2

Brush first with baking soda (do not substitute baking powder), then use your regular toothpaste.

It tastes awful, but baking soda has a natural whitening effect, and since the change is gradual, nobody will notice it immediately.

I’ve been using baking soda for years, and I have people asking me all the time how a pot-a-day coffee drinker could have such white teeth.

As for your “rabbit teeth”, If I were you I’d be proud of them - those bunny teeth are endearing and give a girl a “cute” kind of look. We are always our own worst critic!

Brush them a lot?

Answer #4

brush them with baking soda powder. worked for me:)

Answer #5

Brush them twice a day, toothpastes like colgate and AquaFresh whitening are good. You can also get whitening mouthwashes that work really well at supermarkets or chemists.
