What can I do to get whiter teeth without going to the dentist ?

Someone told me to try baking soda on my toothbrush, but I didn’t see any results. I used whiteglo system for a few days but the mothguard was a bit much and it was annoying to keep using..any ideas?

what I heard is if you use paste toothpaste it will take off the color because whatever they use in it so I think you should use gel for now on if you want some pearly whites:)

Try pearldrops replinishing white,you see most toothpastes kill germs but this one kills germs and get’s rid of stains on you teeth +you get fresh breath and it doesn’t taste like crap.then use Paroex mouth wash.

crest whitening strips are amazing! you use them over the course of a week (twice a day), and you see a HUGE difference! also, brush your teeth with whitening toothpaste every night and use whitening mouthwash. (:

go to your supermarket and there should be whitening strips or whitening tooth pastes you can try. I use colgate advanced whitening and it seems to work perfect :)
