How can I make my teeth white in just 1 week without the dentist?

I hate the colour of my teeth and I want it to be a nice white but I do not want to go to the dentist so any ideas how I can make my teeth white in just 1 week ? Need answers a.s.a.p Thanx x :)

I use crest white strips and trays, they work excellent, my teeth are extremely white and I get a lot of compliments… this is THE BEST treatment… =]

u should probably use baking soda and other ingrdients to make them sparkle. Or do you use paste toothpaste? if so, you shouldn’t with the paste it takes off the color of your teeth in a few weeks/days. I found that out after I used it a lot.So I recommend you use gel toothpaste it should help with the color and also try using mouth wash I guess that will help too. (Gel toothpaste;Tarter control)

either get crest white strips or brush your teeth with baking soda it works when I use it
