How to lose the fat off your calves and thighs?

So, I am going on a diet, once Christmas/New Years is over. But I also need to excercise. I already know how to work my core, but I just need help on what to do to work my lower parts (legs; thighs, calves). But excercise, try to give ideas of what I can do at home.

What are some excercises that I can do? thanks=]

Lounges!!! I do lounges and those are incredible. If you do 150 on each leg, and also wall ups, and also leg lifts. Very intense stretching works well also. I am just trying to tone my thighs, and those are what work for me. Really the lounges are the best though for calves, hips, thighs, butt, and stomach muscle.

like…a coffee table or stair…and put your toes and the balls of your feet on the edge of the stair and go up and down…you’ll feel the burn.. and a coffee table for your arms..like the back(triceps or whatever..) put your hands on the edge of the coffee table facing away from it andput your feet out in front of you…and be kinda plankish..and go up and down.
