How much weight could I lose in a week if I don't eat?

I’m 17 and I weigh like 320-ish pounds. I need to lose weight as fast as I can so, how much weight can I lose a week if I don’t eat, except maybe slimmints and exercise on my elliptical?

omg 320 lbs! well I guess that u will lose a lot if u dont eat in a week! but that is a long time without eating and that is VERY BAD some advice!!cut way down on eating!!have WILL POWER! also exersice 2wice a day! and eat ONLY 3 MEALS A DAY! no snacking unless it is fruits,vegtebles,or salad!

you could looose up to 14 pound!!! drink loadsa water, take vitimins. if u dont like water… diet coke. its only 1.5 cals per bottle…

When I fast I loose about a pound a day (excluding water weight you gain back when you start eating again). You are probably better off going on a juice fast or master cleanser than just eating slim mints.

Fasting is very stressful to your body. It can be dangerous if you are not in pretty good health. If you haven’t had a physical in a while you might get a checkup before fasting.

When you are fasting don’t try to work out. Your body is under enough stress already without adding to it. If you are going to fast you should choose a time when you won’t be too busy.

Instead of starving yourself (which you’ll pay for later), why not get on a treadmill and start eating healthily?
