I am 14 play football was a half back but not any more but I want it back ill work hard I am 5’4 or 5’5 Weigh 125 I think I should gain some more weight but stay healthy wit it I want some sugestion

Try bodybuilding.com for what type of results for muscle and weight gain. You have to know your body type before putting on certain weight. Everyone’s body is different in what they lack in nutrients and how they put on weight and in what areas. It can be pretty complicated and confusing but working your body as hard as your mind is key.
