How do I get faster for track season??

This is kinda a hard question but does anyone know how to get faster for track season?? Im already sorta fast but I need to get faster, so any help well be AWESOME!!!

hey! I am a runner too! one thing I find that really helps is running on your tip toes. don’t clench your fists when you run. if you are a girl, wear a tight of bra as you can. also, lift up your knees high, you’ll take longer strides. hope this is helpful!

Wear speacial running gear, you know the sorta tight stuff, it helps you pick up speed because it makes you more streamlined. Hope this helped :]

2 get faster every year, I always jog down my road and back, when I get 2 half 2 my house I c want I am made of pushing myself 2 go as fast as you can and if you do dis every night you get faster and faster every time!!

Well im in track and cross country and one thing is you wanna make sure you strech really good everyday. if you drink soda you could try cutting that out and it depends on the event but you might wanna start running further like we’ll run 8 miles to practice for a 3 mile race. well I hope it helps
