How to break weight trainning plateau?

I’ve been lifting weights about half a year now and everybody that lifts weights knows that some point you’ll reach the plateau where you keep lifting and lifting and you don’t see and progress and it lasts for weeks. I’ve broke it couple of times bout it took too long what do you guys do to break it fast like in a weeks time

Get a spotter to help you do a few more reps it helps me a lot and you will feel very sore…change your routine every 4-6 weeks
