How long should a person weight train to see results in 3 months?
Your question relies on a lot of variables. Things like age, height, weight and even genetics play a factor in weight training and results.
At the same time weight training varies from person to person. Some people see results soon from very little input while others have to work hard to see even a small difference. This largely depends on your body type - endomorph, mesomorph ectomorphs.
At the end of the day you need to set yourself realistic goals so that you have something to aim for. You need to eat a healthy diet, get decent rest and do appropriate weight training and cardio training. Before starting any exercise consult an adult and if possible a specialist/trainer/doctor to get some advice. On top of that research, research and research. The last thing you want is to do yourself some kind of irreparable damage.
