how pls help how do I loose weight?

I’m 13 5”4 and I really need to loose weight I way 170 pounds I need to loose 55 pounds pls. I really need help

Um, okay, well. Feeling fat isn’t fun so do what I do and stop eatting for like…three days, drinks lots of water tho and chew gum. Then when you start eatting again your metablisem will just eat up the food and burn off a lot of fat, and you’ll slowly get thin, key word is SLOWLY. And only do this like, one every three weeks. So the people that say don’t stop eatting to lose weight, well, I’m okay and I’m just smart about it. You can do it too.

eat fresh fruits and veggies everyday…drink plenty of icy cold water during the day. cold water burns calories faster because your body works extra hard trying to warm up the water as you are drinking it. exercise at least 30 minutes a day. you can dance or play sports or just walking around will do. anything. just be active during your day. get plenty of sleep at night. atleast 8 to 9 hours. eat lean meats and whole gain foods and not meats with lots of fat or white bread. KEEP AWAY FROM FRIED FOODS. baked foods are healthier and better for you. be patient and you’ll lose the weight. im starting my diet again very soon too.

you can join a sport with friends and that would help. you can also make a work out routine or join a gym even. anything that involves people supporting you then it works out better because you are more motivated. try to aim for being healthy and not just losing weight though.

Just replace snacks with healthier alternatives such as fruit and un salted nuts and exercise regualy.
