What is better to loose weight tredmill first or weight liftings?

okay I was wondering since I’ve been going to the gym is it better to weight lift then use the tredmil or use the tredmil then weight lift? which makes you loose more weight ? or is there no differnce please help and also leave sum advice on what you do when you go to the gym to work out and been successful in looseing weight thankss :]

Warm up on the treadmill. I recommend 20 minutes as a warm up before you lift weights. Without the warm up, you’ve got a much higher risk of injuring yourself. Just remember, don’t focus solely on cardio or on weights. The more muscle you have, the more calories you burn, but the cardio is what burns the fat.
