Help on loosing weight
Hey. I am over weight and now Im doing something about it. I just ran 2km on the cross country machine and I am going to cut down on eatting a lot and do more excersie. Have you got any tips to help me on my way ? What to eat and what not to eat? Thank you sooo much xxx
Eat your main meals early in the day, then a real light dinner like just a piece of meat.
lots of veggies, salad with no dressing, beans
